Management Accounts Pack
The Management Accounts pack is an Excel spreadsheet which can be used for either monthly or quarterly reporting.
It has the following features:
- Profit and Loss Account - Actuals and optional budget, variance and prior
year figures - period and year to date
- Balance Sheet
- Automated Funds Flow statement - period and year to date
- Graphs - funds flow (year to date)
- Graphs- turnover and profitability - period and cumulative
- Reporting - insert the period number for reporting e.g month 4 and all
period and cumulative totals are calculated and reported automatically
A specific Office 2010 version is also included which makes use of the new “Sparklines” the mini graphs feature in Excel 2010.
